Established in January 2008, SAIYAH has been providing quality services to the incoming tourists to Pakistan with a particular emphasis on the promotion of tourism to the Northern Pakistan. Saiyah has trained its staff in the field and its offices for Trekking and climbing expeditions which is the main attraction of the Gilgit – Baltistan province.
To further beef up the efforts, Saiyah, in April 2011, has started an office in Skardu and a small lodge with an elegant restaurant to provide base for the trekking parties to K-2 Base Camp and other treks in Karakorum Range. With this facility in Skardu now, we have stationed some 4WD transport, trekking staff, mountain guides and chefs who will be readily available for the trekking and sightseeing tours in the region.
The lodge is ideal for the individual travelers as it has 3 rooms at the moment, however the restaurant can cater to individuals, families, and groups offering variety of food including Japanese, Italian, BBQ and local dishes. In particular it would be a delight for the trekking parties returning from days of hard trekking in the mountains.

Baltistan forms the west extremity of Tibet, whose natural limits here are the Indus from its abrupt southward. It comprises Five valleys namely Skardu, Shigar, Khaplu, Kharmang and Arandu. Nestled in the pinnacles of Karakurram range it contains Four peaks above 8000 meters, K-2 (8611-M) (Second highest mountain in the world), Gasherbrum-I (8068-m), Broad Peak (8048-m), and Gasherbrum-II (8035-m), and many others above 7000 meters such as Masherbrum, Gasherbrum-IV, Muztagh Towers, Latok, Baintha Brakk, Chogolisa, Baltoro Kangri. It is well connected with the capital Islamabad with daily flight and through the Karakurram highway. It has become adventure lover’s paradise and ultimate destination for trekkers and climbers. |

We are located only 3 kms from the main Skardu Bazar. Away from the main town and rush area, the lodge provides quite and peaceful atmosphere. Very close from the building of ministry of Tourism. The view from the rear garden restaurant with the backdrop of snow covered mountains is unique. The rooms in our lodge are pleasingly furnished with attached toilets and shower, Standby generator is available. Our Wi-Fi facility keeps you in touch with your business and loved ones. |
