Born in Peshawar - the border town with Afghanistan, he spent early life in mix of Pashtun and Urdu speaking cultures. The large number of tourists visiting Peshawar in 80s motivated him to join tourism and after working for more than 10 years in the field he established the first Tour Operating company after the war in Afghanistan. In 2007 he started SAIYAH in Islamabad and is looking for more destinations.

Service industry remained his choice as profession, his experience of working for years in world class hotels and his interest in learning Japanese language compelled him to adopt a carrier as a Japanese speaking guide. He guided Japanese tourists through the last decade and he is very keen to show the visitors the inside of Pakistani culture and lifestyle. He has visited Japan several times to promote Pakistan as a tourist destination.

A native of Karimabad - Hunza, the Shangrila valley, where people are known to live longer.   Saleem holds a 2 year diploma in Japanese language and his decade long experience working as Japanese speaking tour and trekking guide ensures delivery of best possible services to the clients.

Wajid comes from Gilgit, from Broshu family who settled there migrating from Hunza. He has extensive travel experience from Karachi to Khunjerab. Started his carrier as Japanese speaking guide, after completing his Diploma course in Islamabad, he has developed interest in trekking and adventure tours.

Arshad grew up in Hunza in a family related to hotel and services industry. His carrier started with working in a restaurant and soon rose to guiding. He did his diploma course in Japanese from Islamabad and specialized in trekking tours. Improving services for the tourists and taking care of their needs is a vital asset of Arshad Ali.

Born in the mountains, Ameen has spent the last decade showing tourists around Hunza, Gilgit and Skardu. Trekking in Himalayas, Karakorum and Hindukush fascinates him the most. Snow lake trek, Gondogoro-La, K-2 Baltoro trek, Karamber-An are among the many treks he has on his fingertips.

He graduated in Natural Sciences, however fascination of local arts, history and culture lured him to the tourism field. To start his career in the field he took extensive language courses for a couple of years and went to Europe for further enhancement of his language skills at a language institute. Besides Urdu and Punjabi, he speaks fluent German and English. He could make his way by getting himself engaged with a leading traveling company in Pakistan as a tour guide. His guiding experience compelled him later to work in tour operations and other remaining dimensions of the tourism.

Known as the Hunza Local Guide from his childhood he never preferred any other field than becoming a tourist guide. His passion for his job grows with his age and the skills improve with every tourist he handles. His has amazing ability to provide services to trekking and adventure clients not only around Hunza but on K-2 Baltoro trek as well.

Coming from Nagar Valley in Northern Pakistan, he has vast experience in cooking during the trekking tours. Recently he got training from a Japanese Chef and the difference is strongly felt by the trekkers this year who enjoyed many Japanese dishes and taste during the treks.

Cooking during trekking and adventure tours is a highly skilled job and Didar Ali has done it with zeal. Trained in five star hotels and restaurants his ability to mix local and continental dishes producing  tasteful menu is unmatchable. He comes from a remote village of Khudabad in Upper Gojal, near Khunjerab pass.

Nick named as Raja, Khudayar brings 30 years of cooking experience with him. Lovely personality praised both for his personality and food. Language is no handicap, his capability to communicate with tourists is remarkable leaving lasting impression. His hometown is Nagar near Hunza.

Bitten by the travel bug at school age he did extensive trekking in  Pakistan’s Northern Areas. When it came to occupation, the obvious choice was Tourism. Started carrier as Japanese speaking guide, he has worked in every field of Tourism for 23 years, however product development remained the first choice which took him to Saudi Arabia and Afghanistan.

Early education from Peshawar and started carrier in hotel industry soon shifted to tourism and worked with Pakistan’s leading tour operators. He specialized in domestic and outbound sections and brings 20 years of experience with him.

An MBA in banking and finance, as his first job, tourism fascinated him and he is determined to carry on enjoying this job in the future as well. He is working in operations for last 7 years. His family comes from the central Punjab region of Faisalabad.

Riaz belongs to Mansehra, a town on the Karakorum highway in Hazara region. He brings with him the experience of 20 years working in the transport field. His knowledge about all type of vehicles  and co-ordination with the field staff is key in the success of our tours.

A commerce graduate, with vast experience in diversified fields, from Printing to construction. His Keen interest in travelling brought him to tourism field.  Though he is working as Manager Accounts, his enthusiasm for travelling keeps growing. He belongs to Potohar region of Punjab.
